By proceeding with any electronic document, you consent to the use of electronic signatures and agree to receive electronic records in place of paper documents.

To obtain a paper copy or withdraw your consent to electronic records, contact StudentRelay at support@studentrelay.com. Withdrawal of consent may delay transactions and require you to complete documents in person or via mail.
