Electronic Signature Consent and Disclosure

This Electronic Signature Disclosure ("Disclosure") outlines your rights and obligations when using electronic signatures and electronic records in transactions with StudentRelay. By proceeding with any electronic document, you consent to the use of electronic signatures and agree to receive electronic records in place of paper documents.

Consent to Electronic Signatures and Records

By selecting "I Agree," signing electronically, or otherwise indicating your consent, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature
  • You consent to receive and store all agreements, disclosures, and communications electronically
  • StudentRelay may provide you with electronic documents in formats such as PDF, email, or through a secure online platform

Paper Copies and Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to request a paper copy of any electronically signed document. To obtain a paper copy or withdraw your consent to electronic records, contact StudentRelay at support@studentrelay.com. Withdrawal of consent may delay transactions and require you to complete documents in person or via mail.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you must have:

  • A device with internet access and an updated web browser
  • Software capable of opening and reading PDF documents
  • A valid email address to receive electronic communications

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By electronically signing this document, you confirm that you have read and understood this Electronic Signature Disclosure and Consent Agreement and that you consent to conduct transactions electronically with StudentRelay. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the electronic signature process.
