Welcome to StudentRelay. By using our website or mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services.

User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. StudentRelay is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate theseTerms or engage in activities that harm the StudentRelay community.

User-Generated Content

Users may upload content, including but not limited to text, images, and reviews("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant StudentRelay anon-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purposes of providing and promoting our Services.

UserContent must not be illegal, harmful, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

While you retain ownership of your User Content, all content created or displayed by StudentRelay, including logos, graphics, and other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of StudentRelay.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

StudentRelay offers various subscription plans with differing features and pricing. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled.Prices may change, and users will be notified of changes in advance.

Certain features may require additional in-app purchases. These are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Purchase of Goods

StudentRelay may sell physical or digital products. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Refunds or replacements will be provided for defective or incorrect items, subject to our return policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on the StudentRelay platform are the exclusive property of StudentRelay. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use these without express permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

Promotions, contests, and sweepstakes may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be specified in the rules for each campaign.

Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of its terms. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.

StudentRelay is not responsible for technical issues or other factors outside its control that affect participation or fulfillment of promotions.

Limitation of Liability

StudentRelay is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription or purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of New Castle county, in the State of Delaware.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
